To provide node monitoring and licensing, we collect only the information the service requires:

Account data — the email address you register with, and your password (stored as a salted hash; we cannot recover it).

Node runtime data — heartbeats, output and status metrics reported by your nodes, used for monitoring and alerting.

Billing and transaction data — order records and payment references (processed by the payment provider; we do not store full payment credentials).

Audit logs — console operation records kept for security traceability (retained for at least 3 years).

We do not collect anything unrelated to the service, do not build user profiles, and do not buy third-party data.

Your information is used only to: provide and maintain the service (monitoring, alerting, billing, settlement); keep the service secure (anomalous sign-in detection, operation auditing); and communicate with you (service notices, update reminders, replies to enquiries).

We never use your information for marketing pushes, and we do not sell, rent or otherwise trade your data.

Data is stored on servers located in the People's Republic of China. We protect it with end-to-end HTTPS encryption, least-privilege access control and tiered key management; backups are encrypted and stored in separate object storage.

If a security incident could affect your rights, we will notify you within 72 hours and explain what happened and what we are doing about it.

We do not sell, rent, transfer or publicly disclose your personal information, and we do not provide it to any third party except:

with your explicit consent;

to provide the essential order information required by a payment provider to process payment;

to competent authorities where required by law.

Access and export — you can view and export your account and node data from the console at any time.

Correction — if information is inaccurate, correct it yourself or contact us for help.

Deletion and closure — you may request deletion of your account and its data; we complete cleanup within 30 days of closure (except where law requires retention).

Complaints — if you object to how your personal information is handled, complain through the contact details below; we respond within 15 business days.

We use only essential cookies to maintain your session and keep the service secure. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used. See the Cookie Policy for details.

This service is intended for businesses and adult operators, not for minors. If we discover that a minor's information was collected in error, we delete it promptly.

If this policy changes materially, we will notify you in advance through in-app notice or email. If you disagree with a change, you may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
