Terms of Service

Pi Admin X is operated by Zhengzhou Baiyuan Cloud Network Technology and provides monitoring, OTA updates and licence management for Pi Node operators. The service is sold on subscription; available features and plans are governed by the pricing page and your order.

You must provide accurate, valid registration information and keep your credentials safe.

Actions taken through your account are treated as your own; change your password periodically.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately so we can freeze it.

Billing is calculated from the number of licensed nodes and the service period. Unit prices and plans follow the live prices shown on the order page; the order confirmation step lists the amount payable, the number of licensed nodes and the validity period before you pay.

Licences take effect as soon as an order is paid. Rules for scaling and renewal are set out on the order page.

For invoices, contact us after the order completes.

We operate the service with high availability as a continuing goal. We are not liable for unavailability caused by force majeure, your network or equipment, or third-party services such as payment providers; we will however make reasonable efforts to help restore service.

You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose;

you may not attempt to attack, probe or otherwise interfere with the platform or other users;

you may not resell, rent or otherwise commercialise account or API access to the service without written authorisation (authorised distribution partners excepted).

Intellectual property in the platform software, interface design and documentation belongs to us. Node data and order data you upload or generate belong to you, and you grant us the limited licence necessary to provide the service.

We may upgrade, adjust or retire parts of the service, giving advance notice of material changes. If you breach these terms we may suspend or terminate the service; if we terminate for our own reasons, unused time is refunded pro rata.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of a dispute the parties will first negotiate in good faith; failing that, either party may bring proceedings in the competent people's court where the company is located.
